Have you ever been touched by a angel? Donna Pinter has. You may have heard it said that there are real angels living all around us. While Donna was renovating a new studio she had one of those meetings. Her angel was not at all what she had always believed, no flowing white robes nor wings. Instead he was a little rough around the edges you might say. His message was so strong and clear that it mark the the rest of her life.
"I remember working on some large pastel drawings. They had been pin on the wall of the studio. It was a commission I was desperate to finish. I had made a trip to Florida to photograph the sky. Four days and
nothing except beautiful peaceful blue sky's, not a cloud to be seen. The last night a big storm rolled in and
I was on the beach a sunrise. There was no time to check the photo's, what ever they were is what I would
have to use. One of the pastels was of a over all very blue sky, with strong cloud formation. My intent was to
create the feeling of the jazz piece Rhapsody & Blue. The next morning the handy man was working and
told me he liked the Blue Angel I had painted the night before. I had know idea of what he was talking about.
He took his time and pointed the Angel out and it blow me away. Later that afternoon he was cutting some
wood with a electric saw and cut his had. It was bad, very bad. He opened the hand towel I had given him
for just a moment and I saw his figure was almost completely severed. I wanted to drive him to the Hosptial
right away but he refused. His help took him right away. The next morning he was there before me with only
a bandaid. He was fine in every way. I was the one in shock. He looked at me took my hand and told me that
we could heal anything, as long as we believed. He left that day after finishing the work he agreed to do and I
I never heard or saw him again. Later while I was working on redoing the flooring in the studio I fell. The pain
was like nothing I had ever felt before. A young friend and studio assistant held the leg tight. I told him to keep
his hand tight and not to let me pass out. I remember what the handy man had told me and I kept praying and sending energy to the leg. The pain final slowed down and I was able to go home. It was sore, black and blue but OK. A few day later I went to a new chiropactor to get every thing else back in its place. He did some
x-rays and asked when I had the brake bad brake in my leg. He also told me I was lucky that it had healed so
well. I didn't have the heart to tell him that it was only a few days before!"
